The Role
As a senior member of technical staff, you will co-lead our core generative video and world model research. You are an "eternal scientist"—someone who remains deeply technical but possesses the leadership experience to guide a team through the full lifecycle of foundation model development.
Job Responsibilities
- Architect and scale physically accurate generative video and world models, leading the technical execution from initial research through to production.
- Lead and manage a specialized scientific team, fostering a culture of rigorous empiricism, rapid iteration, and deep curiosity.
- Direct end-to-end World Model (WM) initiatives, taking ownership of complex, multi-disciplinary projects from zero to completion.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive practical experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Physics, Machine Learning.
- Proven track record of training and scaling generative video or large multimodal models from zero to production at an industrial scale.
- Demonstrated experience formally managing or leading teams of research scientists and engineers.
- Expert-level software development experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) and large-scale distributed training infrastructures.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or Physics.
- Demonstrated leadership in taking an end-to-end large scale deep learning project to completion.
- Deep understanding of the intersection between generative AI, reinforcement learning, and physics-based simulations.
