The Role
As a member of technical staff, you will focus on the critical phases of post-training and alignment for state-of-the-art generative video models. You are a hands-on expert in wringing maximum efficiency and capability out of massive models at inference time.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the post-training and alignment phases for state-of-the-art video models, to achieve real-time streaming generation.
- Implement and iterate upon advanced model distillation techniques to accelerate models at inference time.
Minimum Qualifications
- Extensive practical experience in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning.
- Proven hands-on experience post-training and aligning state-of-the-art generative video models at an industrial scale.
- Deep technical mastery of modern distillation methods and streaming generation techniques.
- Expert-level software development experience with deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, JAX) and large-scale distributed inference systems.
Preferred Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or Machine Learning.
- A track record of significant engineering or research contributions in leading industrial AI labs focusing on foundational video generation.
